Meet Gretchen.

Hi friends!

I’m Gretchen Larkan—owner and creative director of GLE. For the past decade, I have been planning in various sectors of the wedding + event industry. From weddings with 400 of your closest friends ;), 1st birthday parties, non-profit galas to large corporate events, I love to create unique and unforgettable experiences for my clients and their guests.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family + friends and travel. My favorite place to be at home is in the kitchen. I love to host, cook, and craft the perfect cocktail. If I’m not at home, there’s a good chance I’m at the lake. It is my favorite place, no matter the season. My husband and I live in Central Arkansas with our toddler and golden doodle! We love a quick getaway to NYC and a slow weekend at home checking out a new restaurant in our area.

I became a event planner because I love to celebrate anything and everything BIG! Life is full of milestones to be celebrated, so no matter what season of life you’re in, we’re here to make it memorable.
